Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective upon arrival

  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled by SaltuWholesale.com

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Any return request submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to regulatory, safety, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Cannabinoid products that have been altered or tampered with

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Any product returned without prior authorization

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank

  3. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Approved exchanges will be for the same product only, subject to availability.

Shipping Returns

  • Returns must be pre-approved before shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
